Original post, 12:20 p.m.: Taylor Swift has unexpectedly deleted all of her Instagram posts, as of noon today, August 18. The singer also deleted her profile picture and apparently unfollowed everyone she was following. See for yourself here.
Swift also deleted her profile photo on Facebook. Unlike on Instagram, her posts on Facebook are apparently remaining live.

She deleted her profile photo from Twitter, too, but her tweets are still there.

Swift hasn't explained the reason behind her sudden social media changes, but it's possible the singer is prepping for a comeback. Could she be replacing her profile pictures with imagery from an upcoming album? It wouldn't be uncommon; The Weeknd pulled a similar move when he announced his Starboy album last fall. Is this a sign that new Taylor Swift music is finally on the way?
Fans were quick to take note, and are suspecting a new release from Tay.
Update, 12:45 p.m.: It appears Swift is deleting posts from her Facebook and Twitter pages, too. The most recent posts on both accounts are currently ones from 2015.
